 THE EROS COOKING COURSE
On the first day, guided tour of the Farm and of the ancient country life museum. Lunch at the Farm. In the afternoon, four hours class, dinner with the dishes prepared during the course.
During the second day, after breakfast, tour of the surrounding with visit to the ancient Church of Sortino, the "Sicilian pupi" museum and panoramic walk along the bank of the Anapo river. Pocket lunch inside the park. Back to the farm, second cooking lesson. Tasting of the dishes prepared for dinner.
Third day dedicated to the search for aromatic herbs used in Sicilian traditional cooking. Visit to Pantalica, the biggest necropolis in Europe, lunch. Back to the Farm, four hours class. Dinner with the dishes prepared during the course.
On the fourth day, boat trip to reach the spring of the Ciane river, for Greek mythology, the ancient lover of Anapo river. The one and only place in Europe where papyrus grows. Fourth cooking class. For dinner, tasting of the dish prepared during the lesson.
Fifth day, optional trip to the ancient Greek ruins of Leontinoi. Lunch at the Farm, last cooking class of the course and dinner with the special dishes prepared. 
DESCRIPTION OF THE FARM
TheVilla is located in a favourable position that allows to easily reach Sortino, the Necropolis of Pantalica, Palazzolo Acreide, Buscemi, Siracusa, the natural park of vendicari, Noto, Caltagirone, Militello, and Catania. The House rises upon the ruins of an ancient roman house, once a prehistoric cave, and beeing for long time the "garconniere" of the Baron Fuccio Corbino, it was buried at the beginning of the 19th century by his family, since they considered it the house of sin. Brought back to life in 1987, it is now part of the artistic patrimony of the country for its historic and architectural interest. The house is a perfect example of biothermic house, with thermal baths and a perfect hydrographic system to fight the hot Sicilian temperature and the African wind called Scirocco. 
The rooms, all with bathroom, are inside the ancient cave, around the main house, there are typical Sicilian houses, all with private services
Restaurant, also available for meeting and events, up to 200 persons.
Among the house facilities, playground for children, table tennis, arch, soccer, and swimming pool.
