DESCRIPTION OF THE MONASTERY
It rises a few kilometers out of Siena, in the heart of the beautiful Chianti area, in Castelnuovo Berardenga. It is an ancient monastery (IX century), surrounded by rural houses, in the middle of a 600 hectars' estate with a secular wood inhabited by protected animals, various cultivations, vineyards and old-aged olive-groves, Tuscany landscape. An historical residence with typical and functional furnitures, amazing pictoresque landscapes out of the windows, a nice court yard and a Mediterranean garden with separate leisure-areas. It consists of two-three-four-rooms apartments, reception, restaurant, bar, Coffee shop, automatic laundry, conference and meeting rooms indoor and outdoor common areas ISDN- phone/fax line, miniclub (4-12 years) in summer).
