This villa is located in Benincasa, at O'Cammariello, just 4 km away from Vietri sul Mare, for this reason this wonderful villa, is also known as O’Cammariello farm estate. It comprises seven hectares of lemon groves, olive trees and woodland, completely surrounded by a stone perimeter wall.

The Masseria is a wonderful farm estate surrounded by green century-old olive trees. It was built between the 18th and 19th century by the Sante family, from whom it takes its name. It has been restored preserving the typical characteristics of an Apulian farmhouse.

The Masseria was built in the late 17th century and it is one of the beautifully restored historical houses of Apulia. For over two centuries it has belonged to the Guarini family, and it is still directly run by them.
The farmhouse has been renovated with great care, and it is a unique place to relax for those who love the sea, but who also want to enjoy the peacefulness of a house in the country.

The Masseria was built next to a monastic village, where Byzantine paintings can still be admired. There are also frescos by the well known, local artist Settimio Carella from Martina Franca.
