IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since the CIAO TOUR WEB SITE was on line it is possible that some of the details contained therein may have been changed or modified; should this be the case, then, any changes will be announced by CIAO TOUR when general enquiries are made, and in any event, before any bookings are confirmed.
RATES: All rates published are in EURO (€); they are net to us, include taxes, services; rates: validity from
01.01.2006 to 31.12.2006.
LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY: The legal responsibility of CIAO TOUR is deemed to be regulated by Italian D. Lgs n. 111 of 17.03.95 which ratifies and regulates the C.C.V. signed in Bruxelles on 23.04.70; the responsibility of CIAO TOUR will in no case exceeds the limits established by the above-mentioned law; CIAO TOUR is not responsible and will not be held liable for any loss or damages suffered by the clients due to Major Force and/or Acts of God; furthermore, CIAO TOUR will not accept any responsibility for any extra cost incurred, due to transport delays.
BOOKING PROCEDURES: Reservations or general enquires can be made by fax or e-mail to the CIAO TOUR offices, whose numbers are stated below and have to point out:
- Number of pax and their data;
- Date in and date out;
- Type of room (sgl, dbl, twin, tpl, quad, suite), apartment/bungalow/residence/etc etc… (mono, bilo, trilo, quadrilo with/without A/C);
- Type of tour
- Meal Plan (OB, BB, HB, FB, AI);
- Date and time of arrival/departure;
- Every services required;
- Every useful information;
A Minimum fee of €uro 13,00 will be applied for individual bookings for hotels, apartments, residences, tours, with a maximum of three fee for each reservation.
For groups booking a fee of €uro 25,00.
Any alternations in bookings, such as change in arrival or departure dates, must be notified to I.V. forthwith in writing.

Full prepayment must reach CIAO TOUR at least 15 days prior client's arrival in Italy; the payment should be made as follow: 30% of the total amount on our confirmation booking, the full remaining balance 15 days priors to client's arrival in Italy. All payments must be effected "WITHOUT BANKCHARGE FOR BENEFICIARY" as the rates stated are not and included of "BANKCHARGES".
CIAO TOUR can cancel reservations for which the advanced prepayment has not been received.
CANCELLATION: CIAO TOUR can, without being able to pay compensation, cancel the reservation/contract either totally or partially if, before or during performance of the reservation/contract, exceptional circumstances occur, that CIAO TOUR did not know about when the booking/contract was confirmed and which, if he had known about them at the time, would have constituted a valid reason for not drawing up it.
GROUPS WITHDRAWALS: For cancellation received up to 30 days arrival date 15% plus booking fee; from 29 to 21 days 25% plus booking fee, from 21 to 7 days 50% plus booking fee, from 7 to 4 days 75% plus booking fee, from 4 to 1 day and in case of no show 100% plus booking fee.
INDIVIDUALS WITHDRAWALS: For cancellation received up to 30 days arrival date 10% plus booking fee; from 29 to 21 days 20% plus booking fee, from 21 to 7 days 45% plus booking fee, from 7 to 4 days 70% plus booking fee, from 4 to 1 day and in case of no show 100% plus booking fee.
COMPLAINTS: The T.O. have to inform the guests to give notice of any arisen problem during their stay to the local representative; every complaint will be taken into consideration only at the moment of the service and never, in any case, 10 days after the end of the it.
Any notice to be given hereunder shall be sent by 1st class post , or by telex/fax, e-mail to the address specified in the agreement or his or its last known place of business, and such notice shall be deemed to have been served, when posted, on the 4th day (not being Saturday, Sunday or public holidays) after such notice was posted or when sent by telex, at the commencement of the next business day after the same was despatched.
I.V. is not responsible of damages occured to the guests during their transfers (bus, plane, car) or delays.

COMPETENT JURISDICTION: In the unlikely event of any legal dispute, the competent court is deemed to be where CIAO TOUR has its legal domicile, in this
